We maintain our clients with professional level of service across individual and corporate law. Located in Bali, most of our clients are foreigner companies or individuals which their business line in tourism and hospitality industry in Bali and some big cities all around Indonesia.
We work hard in analysing our clients’ needs in order to provide the best solutions to their problems without the unnecessary steps that often lead to dissatisfaction.
Tri Sutjiati or commonly called Titiek has a formal education in tourism through the Paris Tourism Academy Trisakti Jakarta and the Institut Superieur du Tourisme Paris. The experience of living and studying in Paris has made her fluent in English and French.
Since 1999 Titiek has lived in Bali and continued her bachelor's and master's degree in Law at the National Education University (Undiknas) in Denpasar Bali. Titiek has an education and understanding in the field of civil law in handling several cases related to corporate law, property law, personal law in the form of inheritance of foreign nationals and child adoption processes and treaty law. Ability to provide legal views in the form of Legal Due Diligence and Legal Opinion. Likewise, the ability to assist clients in police reporting in cases of embezzlement and cyber crime.
In addition to being certified as a lawyer by PERADI SAI Denpasar Bali, Titiek also has the ability to act as an interpreter, both in English and French certified by HPI.
Due to these skills, Titiek is able to represent Clients throughout Indonesia. If you require legal advice, legal consultations can be conducted both online and offline.
