LAWYER & FOUNDER

 

Tri Sutjiati or commonly called Titiek has a formal education in tourism through the Paris Tourism Academy Trisakti Jakarta and the Institut Superieur du Tourisme Paris, France. The experience of living and studying in Paris has made her fluent in English and French.

Since 1999, Titiek has been living in Bali and got her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law at the National Education University (Undiknas) in Denpasar Bali.

 

Titiek has an education and understanding in the field of civil law in handling several cases related to corporate law, property law, personal law in the form of inheritance of foreign nationals and child adoption processes and treaty law. Ability to provide legal views in the form of
Legal Due Diligence and Legal Opinion. Likewise, the ability to assist clients in police reporting in cases of embezzlement and cyber crime.

In addition to being certified as a lawyer by PERADI SAI Denpasar Bali, Titiek also has the ability to act as an interpreter, both in English and French certified by HPI (Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia).


Due to these skills, Titiek is able to represent Clients throughout Indonesia. If you require legal advice, legal consultations can be conducted both online and offline.

Tri Sutjiati, ou bien appelée Me. Titiek, a suivi une formation en tourisme à l’Académie du tourisme Trisakti à Jakarta et à l’Institut Supérieur du Tourisme de Paris, La France. Son expérience de vivre et des études à Paris lui a permis de parler couramment l’anglais et le français.

Depuis 1999, Me. Titiek a habitee à Bali et a poursuivi ses études de licence et de maîtrise en droit à l’université d’éducation nationale (Undiknas) de Denpasar, à Bali. Avoir une formation et une compréhension dans le domaine du droit civil en traitant plusieurs affaires liées au droit des sociétés, au droit de la propriété, au droit des prives sous la forme de procédures d’héritage de ressortissants étrangers et d’adoption d’enfants, ainsi qu’au droit des biens immobilier (property).

Capacité à fournir des avis juridiques sous la forme de
la legale diligence et l’avis juridique. Elle est également en mesure d’aider les clients à établir des rapports de police dans les affaires de détournement de fonds et de cybercriminalité.

En plus d’être certifié comme avocat par PERADI SAI Denpasar Bali, Me. Titiek est également un interprète compétent en anglais et en français certifié par HPI.
